Color Basics 101

For any of you who have traditionally seen yourselves as professional water boilers and who have been content to venture no further in the kitchen, having a few basic guidelines may convince you to expand your cooking repertoire and equip you with a new feeling of invincibility. Use these guidelines as your starting point of understanding the basics to cooking colorfully – then come up with your own!
